Mitchell & Ness takes pride in our authentic sports apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic hangtags and holographic stickers are still attached to the product.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
